Kimberley, B.C. – August 20, 2021 – TooliTech Inc. (“TooliTech” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has signed a license of occupation agreement to operate and house a crypto-currency mining facility and data centre enterprise in Kimberley, British Columbia. The location gives Toolitech access to renewable hydropower provided by BC Hydro, a major fiber optic network, and significant potential for long-term growth. The license agreement takes effect July 1, 2021 and extends for two years.
“We are extremely pleased to sign this agreement and have the support of key community stakeholders, including the City of Kimberley and key utility providers, as we begin phase one of our program to develop custom-made, cryptocurrency-specific mining systems and a data centre, using clean and renewable energy. We look forward to a productive and mutually beneficial relationship with all community stakeholders as we navigate day-to-day challenges, set strategy, and drive value creation.”
